I really enjoyed the way the story was written and developed. A simple but enjoyable read. The book is definitely within a specific genre and some may find this off putting, however I suggest reading this particular story by this author and judge the book on its literary merits. You may then find yourself looking for other books by this author, I have read several and although the kink is not entirely my thing I have still enjoyed the books.Product details

I have just finished reading Fairytale Lodge and am already ready for Angela Fox's next book. I really enjoy this whole book I couldn't lay it down till I had read the whole book. There isn't many books out there that can do that. If you are looking for a book to read that will hold your interest through the whole book then I say this is it.
This is a self published book and I found very few errors(have seen more errors in books that were professionally edited). I though it was a good read, had a real plot to it, as well as unexpected twist and turns and even a bit of a mystery. I look forward to reading more from this author
This story is a heart warming adult romance, with erotic overtones between two beautiful and likeable characters that we come to know and understand as the story progresses. Moving at a good pace, it was always interesting and quite difficult to put down.
At the start, Anne and Claire's chance meeting evolves like a fairy tale indeed; both of them have well defined personalities and we see that they complement each other beautifully. Life seems to be clear sailing.
Nevertheless in the midst of this romance some obscure hints do not bode
well and sure enough one day Claire disappears without even a phone call. Then
follows Anne's desperate search for her lover.
I particularly enjoyed that part of the story with Anne grasping at straws in order to track Claire and find whatever might give her a clue as to Claire's whereabouts. Her investigations which start with some details Claire mentioned incidentally read like the best detective novels.
The story flows very well, the dialogues are true to life, there are beautiful descriptions of the Lodge and the grounds that are easy to follow and imagine.
All in all a most refreshing tale with unexpected twists, the final one both funny and very satisfying.
Angela Fox is a surprising new author (for me at least) in this particular genre, however I am happy to see that she has several other novels available that I am now anxious to read.
